• • • CTB is the most prevalent of plotting methods in the landscape architecture world, as well as one of the foundations of our software. If your office has no particular standard for plotting, you may want to consider using the default LandFX.ctb plot style. If your office has a definite set of standards, you will need to change the Land F/X line colors to avoid conflicts between your office standard colors and the line colors presented in our software. Each of your CTB plot styles, including the default style LFX.ctb, is stored in a file in your LandFX/Admin folder. To plot with one of these styles, you'll need to access its file from the Plot Style Table menu in the Page Setup dialog box. Adding AutoCAD Plot Style Tables for use with AutoCAD LT for Mac running in Mac OS X Lion When you receive a drawing that was last saved in AutoCAD and you want to plot it in AutoCAD LT for Mac running in Mac OS X 10.7, Lion, you will find that you can't locate the Plot Styles folder to add the acad.ctb color dependent plot style table. When you create a new CTB file, you can save it to this folder. When you plot, you can then access this file to use the settings you configured when creating the new CTB file. To make changes to existing CTB plot styles, see our page. CTB files exist separately from plotter configuration (PC3) files. For more information on PC3 files, visit our documentation section on. Our lfx.ctb treats all indexed colors as black, grayscale, or white. If you set any object or layer to a Truecolor, it will print in that color. Want to use the Land F/X CTB plot style?. My ctb files are in the proper location (see attatchment). I have closed, quit, and re-opened CAD and the plot styles STILL don't show up in my 'edit page setup' menu. I have also tried to type in the command 'stylesmanager' and absoutely nothing happens. CAD acknowledges that 'stylesmanager' is a command, but no window opens. On my last mac, I was simply able to go to 'show in finder' in the plot style table pull-down menu to add new ctb files, but since I've gotten my new mac a few days ago, every time I try add ctb files using the exact same method nothing happens - it doesn't even allow me to choose the 'show in finder' option. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I have litterally wasted hours trying to figure this out. I'm starting to think it's a glitch in my program and that I should uninstall/reinstall.
